MM188012 - 1870-1895 Late Victorian Corset pattern contains all sizes from 2 through 24. 2-4 yards of matching or contrasting binding 2 (total) bias tape or 1 fine ribbon 6-9 yards of corset lacing for center back may be in two or three pieces 1 12 busk 22-56 flat metal bones, depending on amount of support you need 20-40 metal eyelets/grommets for back Optional: 2 to 4 yards of 1 to 3 black or white lace Fabric: 1 years at 45 for each layer. Fabric amount based on XL size. Suggested cover fabrics: a sturdy fabric, such as wool, satin, jean or coutil. When two layers of a sturdy lining fabric are used, almost any light weight fabric can be used for a third, outermost layer. Silk, brocade, satin and Sateen. Suggested lining fabrics: a heavy, tightly woven fabric like jean our coutil. Great for Victorian, late Wild Wild West, SASS, Pre-Edwardian era.
