Based on an original pattern from 1943, this ladies' day dress is just past knee-length and features 3/4 length or short sleeves, front pockets, belt, and a collarless neckline. Make the front out of contrasting fabric for a different look. All sizes (busts 30" to 48") come in the same envelope. Also included are assembly instructions, embellishment suggestions, and the extensive historical notes. Fabric Suggestions: silk, rayon, or blends in solids and prints Notions: buttons, 10" zipper, shoulder padding.
