SHIPPING:
What is the turn around time for shipping?
Our goal is within 1 business day. We customarily ship within 1 - 2 business days of receiving you order. Express orders are always 1 business day or the customer will be notified of any delays by email.
How are items shipped?
We ship using USPS mail. We offer Several shipping choices via USPS Mail for domestic and international shipping.
Domestic 1st Class or Parcel Shipping:
This takes 3-9 business days. We ship orders by USPS 1st class unless they are excessive in weight (some items are very heavy), which could turn into a parcel shipping.
Priority Mail:
Domestic Priority mail takes 2-3 business days. This is a flat rate cost regardless of the size of the order. We recommend this for customers who are on a limited time schedule as the most economical method to receive you order quickly. Please remember that Priority mail does not have a guarantee like Express mail. If you would like a guarantee, please select Express mail.
Express Mail:
This is customarily 1 business days, though some small towns and rural areas are 2 days. You can visit the USPS website at www.usps.com to determine what the guarantee is for your area. With this method the US Postal service guarantees delivery or your shipping is returned to you. The customer is responsible for making a claim for any failure on the part of the US Post office.
International Mail:
International USPS Air mail costs depend on the region. Please look at the shipping option closely and choose the correct one as they are linked to quantities mostly.
International priority mail l costs depend on the region. If the shipment cannot fit safely into a flat rate international priority mail envelope, the cost will increase due to it becoming a non-flat rate shipment.
RETURNS:
In all cases, please contact us prior to returning a product to prevent misunderstandings during the return process.
We want to ensure your order is correct and we will do everything possible to fix any issues related to incorrect shipping, item not as described, or defects in manufacture.
These items will be exchanged or refunded at the expense of Patterns of Time when the customer contacts us within 10 calendar days from the date received. In these cases, the related shipping costs will be handled at the expense of Patterns of Time.
For returns that are not an error on the part of Patterns of Time, a restocking fee up to 20% may be assessed. In this case, the customer will be responsible for all actual shipping charges. These items must be returned in new, unused and resalable shape.
Clothing items must be free of makeup, scent and obvious wear.
We recommend noting the tracking number on a return. Patterns of Time cannot be responsible for non-verifiable returns.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We do not share, sell, or provide any of your personal data to anyone, ever. When you sign up for our email list, we use this email list internally to send you a notification approximate 4-6 times a year about new products or services from Patterns of Time which may be of interest. At no time will we provide any of you personal information to a third party.
SECURITY POLICY:
Because identity theft is such a growing issue today; we destroy all paper documents and NEVER maintain your card number on file. While this will cause you to input your card number each time you make an order with us; it also ensures that our data files will not be compromised and your information stolen by a third party. Your data security is a NUMBER ONE priority for us. Our website has the highest level of encryption currently available. If you are not receiving the "Secure Lock" then please update your browser. We take security very seriously and always maintain all information on an encrypted server.
