As the skirts are now worn en panier it requires a bustle to give them the proper shape. The illustration shows one, which is simple and easily made. It is of white cashmere with muslin lining, scalloped on the outer edge and furnished with steel springs which give it the shape shown in the illustration. Yardage - Approx 1 yd 36" wide
