This pattern lets you make very simple pants with an elastic or drawstring waist finish the legs with an elastic or drawstring bottom, or leave them open and cross-garter them for a peasant look. Or, for that scallywag look, shred them off below the knee. Shown with AY10 Peasant Shirt and AY17 Peasant Jerkin. Suitable for Ren Faires, Elizabethan, Medieval, Stuart or Renaissance, these simple breeches can be made with drawstring or elastic waists and kneebands.
