This Ladies' Home Journal pattern published under the brand name of the Home Pattern Company describes this style as a Ladies' Dress, closing at the back. Surplice Blouse in drop-shoulder style with full-length sleeve perforated for shorter length and gathered frill at neck. Skirt in three gores and with or without shaped tunic.
