We no longer ship expedited to Europe. We had too many customers complaining that they were not receiving their orders within the specified time and demanding refunds. As threats around the world have increased, customs offices are more burdened and experiencing delays. Because we cannot control the shipping times and promise it will arrive in 3-5 business days, we have discontinued the service to avoid customer concerns and refunds of orders mailed in good faith.
Returns & Exchanges:
Some items cannot be returned and only exchanged, this will be mentioned on the actual listing page if this applies.
The product must be in new, unused and resalable shape. The product must also have the original tags attached (Hats and costumes). Please make sure the product is well packaged to prevent any damage on its way back to us. The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
We recommend sending the product(s) to us with either insurance or tracking, as we cannot be responsible for products that fail to arrive or are returned in unsalable shape. Products returned in a condition other than described above cannot be refunded or returned, unless the customer pays return shipping costs to get the product(s) back. Original shipping costs are not refundable unless order was shipped in error by Patterns of Time. Please use this email as your RMA if you elect to return the product(s).
