One Size

The frame of this hat was made of black stiff lace, on which black straw braid was sewn. The trimming consisted of a lace ruche, a puff of folded double illusion to which two scarves were attached. Loops and ends of black ribbon and a spray of crimson roses was attached on the right side of the hat. Pattern and instructions for making frame and instructions for decorating are included.
