AG1214 - 1886 Faille & Lace Dress Pattern. 37" Bust - 25" Waist. This costume consists of an overdress or polonaise of chartreuse green satin, low necked and sleeveless over a silk skirt that has a lace tablier on the front and lace flounces on the sides where the drapery leaves it exposed. The polonaise is trimmed with a vine of pearl bead embroidery and epaulets of pearl beads are on the shoulders. Pattern consists of polonaise and underskirt. Yardage - Approx 11 yds satin 45" wide, 5 ½ yds foundation silk 45" wide. Ageless Patterns (AG) are original patterns from the indicated era and include original sewing instructions from the Victorian/Edwardian/Titanic era and assume some sewing knowledge.
